Poster presentations

Posters will be numbered according to the final programme.
Please prepare your poster according to a maximum 90 cm width x 120 cm height size. Posters can be mounted Sept. 20th, from 2:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. in the Poster Room of the Palais des Congrès.
Material for mounting posters on poster boards will be available (double-sided tape or Velcro-like strips). Posters will be displayed for the total duration of the conference and should be removed on Saturday afternoon at 5.00 pm at the latest.

A guided poster walk with a discussion with authors will be organized during lunch break from 12.30 to 2.00 pm on Thursday 23.

Lunch will be served close to the poster area. The poster presenter or a co-author should be available for discussion.

Poster prizes:

6 poster prizes will be awarded during the gala dinner: 3 are sponsored by the host Society ESPCR and 3 by Laboratoires Pierre Fabre. They consist in 300 euros and a souvenir from the Bordeaux IPCC.

Oral presentations

During the conference a network-based presentation system will be used along with a conference specific interface to ensure the perfect quality of all presentations. Upload will be possible only on-site at the Speaker Service Center.

All speakers must submit their presentation(s) to the Speaker Service Center at least two hours prior to their scheduled session. The Speaker Service Center will be open during the following hours, with technicians available to assist you:

Presentation formats:

• Only MS-PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx) and PDF presentations will be accepted.
• For PPT presentations please do not forget to embed your fonts and to attach your video files, as they cannot be embedded into the presentation.
• Presentations that are attached to an e-mail cannot be processed prior to the meeting.
• No provisions are being made for overhead or traditional slide presentations.

Presentation Technology:

Each meeting room is equipped with a laptop and a data-projector. A network-based presentation system will be used along with a conference specific interface to ensure the perfect quality of all presentations. Therefore, own laptops cannot be connected in the lecture room. All presentations must be uploaded to the server in advance.

After the conference all submitted files will be deleted from all storage media.
